The parent mobile application is the last link in the solution chain and the one families actually use. It gives parents relevant information about their child’s bus journey and transportation status without them needing to telephone the transport office.

What appears in the application is configured according to the school’s requirements and policies. That is deliberate: institutions differ on what should be visible to parents and when, and the application matches the school’s transportation policy rather than imposing one.

Where the school enables them, features can include live bus location, bus route information, estimated bus arrival, boarding and drop-off information, bus movement notifications, trip status, alerts and notifications, and emergency information.
