1. Scope of Service

Igloobuzz provides student tracking and real-time attendance reporting for school and institutional transportation, comprising on-vehicle hardware, mobile applications, a web dashboard, a cloud platform and a reporting suite.

The specific scope of any deployment — vehicles covered, features enabled, number of campuses and support arrangements — is defined in the service agreement executed with your institution. These terms govern general use of the website and the platform and do not replace that agreement.

2. Accounts and Access

• Institutional administrators are responsible for provisioning, scoping and revoking accounts within their organisation.
• Parent accounts are provisioned by the institution and are scoped to the vehicle and route their own child is allocated to.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity conducted under your account.
• Access is role-based. Attempting to access data outside the scope granted to your role is a breach of these terms.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to track any individual for a purpose unrelated to institutional transportation safety.
• Attempt to circumvent authentication, rate limiting, role scoping or tenancy isolation.
• Interfere with, tamper with or remove on-vehicle hardware other than as authorised.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source of any part of the platform.
• Resell, sublicense or provide access to the platform to third parties without written agreement.
• Use automated means to extract data at a volume or rate outside documented API limits.

4. Data Ownership and Responsibilities

• Your institution owns the data it enters into and generates through the platform.
• Your institution is responsible for obtaining the consents required to process student and parent data in its jurisdiction.
• We process data as described in our Privacy Policy and only for the purposes of delivering the service.
• Export of your data is available at any time through the dashboard or the API, including on termination.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.9% platform availability and monitor ingestion, storage and notification delivery continuously. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside typical transport windows wherever practicable and communicated in advance.

Live tracking depends on cellular network coverage along your routes. Where coverage is unavailable, events are buffered on the vehicle and delivered when connectivity returns; the live map is unavailable for the duration of the gap while the historical record remains complete.

6. Intellectual Property

The Igloobuzz platform, its firmware, software, documentation, trade marks and the IGLOOBUZZ name and logo are the property of ANS Solutions. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership interest in them.

7. Limitation of Liability

Igloobuzz is a monitoring and reporting system. It provides information to help institutions supervise transportation; it does not replace supervision, and it does not assume the institution’s duty of care.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the website or the platform is limited to the amounts payable under the applicable service agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, arising from service interruption, network unavailability or hardware failure.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes affecting institutional customers are communicated in advance through the service agreement contact. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
