Igloobuzz uses advanced 4G-enabled GPS tracking devices to provide reliable and real-time vehicle tracking. 4G is the part that matters operationally: it is what allows live vehicle location to be genuinely live, rather than a position that arrives too late to be useful to a parent standing at a stop.
The device is the first link in the solution chain — 4G GPS device, cloud platform, school dashboard, parent mobile application — and everything downstream depends on what it reports. Route monitoring, geofencing, speed monitoring, stop and halt monitoring, trip history and the distance and trip reports are all derived from it.
Installation is carried out by ANS Solutions as part of the implementation process, scheduled around the institution’s transportation timetable. The tracking solution is configured according to the school’s fleet size and transportation requirements.
