• Contact information: name, email address, mobile number, school or institution name, designation or role.
• Tracking and usage data: GPS data and route information from tracking devices or authorised apps; vehicle ID, driver details, trip timings and pick-up/drop-off points; IP address, browser details, device type and session logs.
• Limited student information where applicable: name, class and assigned route, processed only for transportation safety purposes.

Data deliberately not collected

• No academic data
• No health data
• No personal behavioural data
• No use of personal data for unrelated marketing or advertising without consent

• Secure cloud storage with limited personnel access

Parental consent and child privacy

• Data is collected and processed only under the consent and supervision of the respective school or institution.
• Parents or guardians can request access, correction or deletion of their child’s data at any time.
• We do not directly solicit or process data from minors without institutional authorisation.

• Consent — when forms are submitted or GPS tracking is enabled voluntarily.

Retention and international transfers

Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide active tracking services, fulfil legal or contractual obligations, and resolve disputes or enforce agreements. Once no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

If you access our services from outside India, your data may be processed and stored in India, where privacy laws may differ from your jurisdiction.
